Putin: Further Syria strikes to scheme off chaos in global ties

Russian President Vladimir Putin has told Hassan Rouhani, Iran’s president, that extra strikes by Western allies in Syria will inevitably consequence in chaos in global family.

In a phone conversation on Sunday, the 2 leaders weighed in on the subject in Syria after the United States, France and Britain launched coordinated assaults on Syria’s alleged chemical facilities, Russian recordsdata company RIA quoted the Kremlin’s press carrier as announcing. 

The leaders acknowledged that « this unlawful action seriously damages the prospects for a political settlement in Syria, » RIA added.

« Putin stressed out that if such actions, committed in violation of the UN Constitution, continue, this would perhaps per chance inevitably consequence in chaos in global family, » it added. 

On Saturday, the US, French and British forces focused three web sites in Syria, which, according to US President Donald Trump, are associated with the chemical weapon capabilities of Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s president.

The coordinated strikes came as a response to the Syrian regime’s alleged spend of chemical weapons in Douma final week, killing ratings of civilians.

The US has warned it « is locked and loaded » to strike Syria if there are any extra chemical assaults

Talking to an emergency session of the UN Security Council on Saturday, Nikki Haley, US ambassador to the United International locations, acknowledged: « If the Syrian regime uses this toxic gas all all over again, the United States is locked and loaded.

Bashar al-Jaafari, Syria’s ambassador to United International locations, acknowledged the strikes were an « attack against global law, » and called on the three worldwide locations to cease supporting « terrorists » in Syria.

In the meantime, Russian President Vladimir Putin, has described the strikes as an « act of aggression » and warned they’ll also worsen the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
