James Hird’s vehicle stolen after intruders burgle Toorak dwelling

James Hird’s vehicle has been stolen after intruders broke into his Toorak dwelling, in Melbourne’s south-east, overnight.
Police narrate the theft took command between dull night and 1:30am while the frail Essendon coach and his family were at dwelling, but they weren’t effort.
A silver Audi Q7 station wagon, registration XCA-676, was once stolen.
Police additionally think electronics were taken from the dwelling.
« Stonnington Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the conditions surrounding an aggravated burglary in Toorak overnight, » a Victoria Police assertion said.
« The occupants, who were dwelling at the time, weren’t disturbed for the length of the incident. »
