Injured Donnarumma out of Milan derby

Gianluigi Donnarumma has been ruled out of AC Milan’s Coppa Italia meeting with opponents Inter, the Rossoneri have confirmed.

The goalkeeper has suffered a groin damage and has been taken out of Gennaro Gattuso’s squad for Wednesday’s quarter-remaining clash at San Siro.

Donnarumma, on ninety nine appearances for Milan, will must wait for his landmark day time out with a time out to Fiorentina looming on Saturday earlier than a home game with Crotone on January 6.
